How long does shipping take for custom stamps?
Customized stamps typically require 2-3 business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What types of ink refills do you offer?
We stock a wide variety of ink refills, including water-based inks for paper, quick-dry industrial inks for non-porous surfaces, and replacement pads for self-inking models.
Can I return a personalized stamp?
Because personalized stamps are made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error in the manufacturing process.

What file formats do you accept for custom logos?
For the best impression quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept high-quality JPG and PNG files.
How do I re-ink my self-inking stamp?
Simply push the stamp down slightly, lock it into place using the side buttons, slide out the old ink pad, and insert a new one or add several drops of compatible ink to the existing pad.
